1. About GrailBase

GrailBase is a trading card collection platform operated in England, United Kingdom by a sole trader trading as GrailBase.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use paid GrailBase features.

You agree to use GrailBase only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to compromise the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You should use accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Collection Data and Scans

GrailBase allows users to add collection items, check market prices, use AI tools, and scan card or sealed product images. Image scans may be processed to identify items and run searches, but images are not currently stored permanently in our database.

You are responsible for checking any results before relying on them. GrailBase results, market values, AI responses and scan outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or experimental.

5. Market Prices and AI Outputs

GrailBase provides tools for collection tracking, price checking and AI assisted insights. We do not guarantee that any valuation, market check, sold listing result, scan result or AI response is accurate or suitable for financial decisions.

GrailBase is not financial advice, investment advice, grading advice or a guarantee of future card values.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments for the plan you select until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made.

7. Refunds

Due to the low-cost monthly nature of GrailBase subscriptions, payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep GrailBase available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be limited, paused or removed as the platform develops.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrailBase is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate prices, AI outputs, scan results, downtime, lost data, missed opportunities, or decisions made using the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GrailBase after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
